You are here and probably thinking and feeling that is time to do something for you.

During last few years I dedicated myself helping others to understand that by making self-care (nutrition, exercising and inner equilibrium) part of their day-to-day life, they actually will create the foundation to have success in every area of their lives.

How many times do you experienced that energy, power, dedication, focus, concentration, commitment to do something in your life that you know would make you happy?

I am sure you want all that to be part of your daily life. It can!

How?

You need to start from the foundation and create that space in and around you.  You need to first take care of your body, mind and soul.

How to do that?

Let me ask you a simple question:
Who is the most important person in your life?

Most of my clients respond like you probably – my child, my parents, my partner. Are you sure?
I will ask you something else. How important are you for yourself? Think about it for a moment and then respond to the next question.

Who is the most important person in your life?
YOU ARE my friend. Yes, you are!

Why?

Because by creating that space in and around you, you will be able to give back to others all your gifts, and you will do it incomparable better than before. I believe that to give the world all our gifts and to have success in any area of our lives, we need first to become the best versions of ourselves.

I am known for challenging people to actually do the changes and not just talk about them.

That’s why I’ve created the program called 360 FitLife Challenge that will jump-start your life and make you change the relationship with yourself.

It’s a 30 days intensive program that will challenge you to experience, integrate, and live a life full of energy, power, dedication, focus, concentration, commitment, inner peace, healthy habits that will help you create the foundation for having success in every area of your amazing life.
